Jefferson Proving Grounds - Range Control Tower Contract Amount: $732,000.00. Design and build a new Air Range Control Tower to provide positive control of all aircraft while using the Jefferson Range. Indiana Air National Guard -Hangar 734 Contract Amount: $3,984,000.00. Renovation to an existing hangar building.

Coldwater Waste Water Treatment Plant Contract Amount: $1,806,000.00. New final clarifier, RAS pumps, scum pump, piping, and septage receiving station. Benton Harbor-St. Joseph Joint Waste Water Treatment Plant Contract Amount: $8,233,032.00. New digester covers and modifications, new chlorine contact tank, sludge holding tank, disinfection and sampling buildings, and new effluent outfall sewer. Wyoming Clean Water Plant Contract Amount: $5,736,900.00. Construction of an Odor Control Facility, replacement of biosolids storage tank covers, and pumping mixing system.
