A Self-Performance General Contractor, incorporated in 1963. L.D. Docsa is a 3rd generation company specializing in the water and wastewater industry for the last two decades. We have completed over 100 infrastructure projects at a value of more than $120 million. Our staff includes in-house engineers and over 50 on-site skilled tradesmen. Work is completed on-site with our $750k fleet of equipment.

With a focus on serving the water and wastewater industry for both municipal and industrial clients, we specialize in creating sustainable solutions based on data analytics to improve performance. We assist our clients in determining which methods are most feasible for their individual needs. Docsa is unique because we have the capability to both manage and self-perform work. We employ a full-time staff dedicated to building sustainable solutions for our customers.
Each year, Docsa manages $15 to $20 million in construction contracts, including a mix of industrial and building construction for public and private owners. Typical projects undertaken by Docsa include water and wastewater treatment plants, manufacturing plants, building renovations, parks, etc.
We take pride in our technology through the use of computerized accounting, estimating, scheduling, communications, design drafting, and project management. The entire scope of each project is tracked by computer software from start to finish. Our open communication with clients results in efficiency and satisfaction. Docsa thrives on the challenge of complicated projects and in satisfying the needs of our clients.
