
Subcontractor Compliance
Subcontractor compliance is a critical component of maintaining a safe and efficient jobsite at L.D. Docsa. All subcontractors are required to provide current certificates of insurance that meet our minimum coverage requirements before mobilizing to any project site. In addition to insurance, strict adherence to LDD’s safety policies is mandatory, including participation in site-specific safety orientations and ongoing compliance with OSHA standards. Subcontractors must ensure their crews are properly equipped with all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, high-visibility vests, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe boots. LDD maintains a zero-tolerance policy for non-compliance, reinforcing our commitment to a safe working environment for every individual on site.
